Winter to Spring Lookbook

part II

The transition into season’s isn’t always easy, and while living in Southern California I feel like I experience all seasons in one week! Although the climate can be a bit bipolar, the cold days will soon be gone, and I’ll have to say goodbye to all of my favorite winter pieces😭So in order to prepare for sunnier day’s I decided to have a little haul (cough, cough😁), raid my closet, and find the perfect pieces for my Winter to Spring LookBook! This lookbook was so big for one post that I had to split it into two! So stay tuned for the other half, and hope you find awesome outfit idea’s for this season😘

This was one of my more casual looks, but my fav.😍 I love when people style casual pieces (like my Bob Dylon top) with dressier pieces (like my BB Dakota jumpsuit). It gives an unexpected twist to a look. In a way, it’s a simple fashion statement that most people can do, if they’re not comfortable with crazy trends. ✊🏼This reminds me of a “Where did the weekend go?” Monday look. The jumpsuit also looked great on itself with a statement belt. I opted with a wider belt because the jumpsuit was very simple. I felt like it was a piece that would stand out, without having to get in the way of a busy schedule (like a big necklace, or a pair of earrings would) making it great look for work, business meeting, or a lunch with your gals.🙌🏻

This dress. 😍This outfit.😍😍 This look fell together so perfectly. It’s fun, sexy, girly, its everything I thought it would look like when I pictured it in my head.💭💭The dress starts off with a slightly deep neckline; I choose to wear a bralette to cover a little more of my chest, but chose a black lace to leave the sexy idea that the dress was meant to have. The dress had a wrap layer at skirt; this is a perfect style to choose if you want to show off curves, and with a belt it will definitely define your waist making it look sexier but polished.💋 I topped off the look with strappy heels (to keep it sexy), silver clutch & clear glasses (to keep it fun), and red lips to seal the look. I feel like these are the ingredient’s to a perfect look, don’t you think?

Skater dress: my go to style at one time, and I don’t know why it stopped.🙎Its such a fun look. This is the most basic (but a good basic☝🏻) outfit I created. I added the all famous Sex and the City, Carrie Bradshaw belt to it, some booties, and an oversized clutch. Although the look can seem a little to girly, like “Hi, I am still in middle school, I like fashion, but this is all my mom will let me wear” girly😁…I chose this dress because of the plunge neckline, which makes it more “Why, hello there….______ ___ ____ ____ ___”😘(use your imagination) Obviously, grown up. It may not have a sexy look to it right off the bat, but the strappy detail on the neckline will make you think twice (or look twice).💋💋
